Dead Northbridge Fan

Just got done upgrading to a 400W PS and another 512 (768 Total) DDR RAM in my system. The reason for the power supply upgrade was that my Epox 8KHA+ based system has been having a random reboot problem and I only had a generic 300W in there. So far, that seems to have solved the reboot problem although it's only been about 5 hours.
My new issue lies in that while the case is open, I just noticed my Northbridge fan is dead. I have no idea how long it's been like that. I did read in another thread earlier that it's not really potentially harmful to the computer as long as it's well-ventilated, but I would like to know is there any chance that this could be a possible source of my random reboot problems? They seem to be fixed for now, but if they start up again could that possible be the reason?

Maybe, but most Northbridges don't need a fan if the heatsink is decent enough and you aren't overclocking the FSB. What chipset?

Well, I had hoped to overclock in the near future. The Epox 8KHA+ is run off the KT266A chipset.

Does anyone know where could I go to get just a replacement fan for the Northbridge as actually returning the entire board would definitely not be worth the time it would take.

A guy gave me this link a couple of days ago when I had asked a similar question. You can also look at Newegg. Just look for chipset/vga coolers. I haven't ordered any yet so I'm assuming it would be an easy switch.
