The codes are currently being sent out, and if you are eligible, you will be receiving yours soon. We appreciate your patience. The Holidays and high amount of postal activity around this time could also have an adverse effect on delivery time.
Things that may effect your eligibility are as follows:
1. Form Incomplete... If any of the lines on your form that were required are not filled in, the applicant will be labeled ineligible.
2. Paystub not sent in the requested manner... This information was asked for specifically so that it would save time for all involved. Any variations such as photocopied stubs will be reviewed on a case by case basis. If you have Direct Deposit and are sending in a printout of your paystub, it does take extra time to verify employment and your patience is greatly appreciated.
3. Time sent in... If your form was sent in on the second day, as opposed to the second week, you will have a greater chance of receiving your code.
If you are reasonably confident that you qualify for all of the above criteria, you can expect to receive your code soon.
Remember, supplies are limited and manual verifications are being done now. Thank you for using the Retail Edge program!
