With this monitor, my entire setup is black/silver except my keyboard! Can anyone recommend any nice black keyboards? There's a logitech one that fits but I would really like one with a split keyboard design...

Not a split keyboard but costco has a limited edition Microsoft office keyboard & wireless intellimouse explorer combo in black & silver for about the retail cost of the mouse alone.

Heh, I got in on that nokia deal when it was posted. Received two of those 21" Nokia's for less than the cost of one going for retail. Was like $350 each, no tax + free shipping.

I ended up splurging for this deal as well.

i wonder how many of us there are.....bought the nokia 21" from dell and are now buying this from dell as well. (i also bought the 20" from them a while ago) What to do.....which one to keep, i do love the nokia, haven't opened either lcd yet...what to do.....

the funny thing is their order status shows my lcd shipped.. and it even has tracking # .. the arm and legs at dell play separate

Yeah I just received that email. But the fedex tracking number says it will be here today.
Maybe its just a letter from dell saying that they can't ship.


edit: The Fedex guy just drove past my house.
You don't think Dell would of called this off after realizing how cheap they were selling them, recall the shipments, and wait for a price drop from the manufacturer.

Same here, according to the FedEx tracking page, it was shipped out this morning from Oregon. Well, If I don't get it in a week, then I'll call.

Check this link for info on the non-difference between the ADU and the Z model.

Went ahead and called Dell, the CSR said to ignore the e-mail about the delay and pay attention to the tracking numbers. Can't wait!

Thanks for the link RyDogg1. I didnt get any email from Dell, even though i asked for a notice for when it shipped. Seems like Dell has a lot of problems in their shipping dept.

I read on another site (f*tw*llet) that these ADU/Z models that are being shipped to us from Dell may in fact be refurbs/returns. Has anybody else heard anything about this? and if it's the case, 1) how can we tell? and 2) what can be done about it? :|

1. i believe it is shipping directly from Planar in OR, not from dell..

2. IF it's refurb.. it should say that on the box.. if it's not stated and it's refurb.. then we have every reason to request for a new one. ( i doubt planar would do this.

personally, i'd trust a quality vendor who has 'customer-first' warranty than a message on internet forum.
