The office depot rebate is OD exculsive and is a OD rebate. There is another Toshiba rebate

People at FW have called up and confirmed with Toshiba that the rebate is 100.00 bucks and is valid and that its a mnufacturers rebate....

There is also a 10% off coupon floating around if you search around...

Hence the breakdown is 300 - 30(coupon)- 100 (OD rebate) - 100(Toshiba rebate) = 70 + tax on 300 :evil:

This is one flaming HOT deal............ grab one if you can...

I rushed and got mine today... yet to open and play with this puppy though.....

oops will host it is a bit.... actually I bought it at B&M and the rebate rpinted out and then I had to return and order it via web for the coupon and in-store pickup......




I personally called the rebate center about the rebate and was told that if you buy it now it qualifiies for a 100.00 Toshiba rebate. You can call and find out too !!

several people over at chubby wallet called the toshiba rebate place and they confirmed that if the product was purchased in 2002, the rebate was $50, but if purchased after december it qualified for a $100


another guy mentioned that he took in a 50 off 275 office max coupon and his OD manager accepted that...very much YMMV

I ordered online for a total after all discounts (with 2% ebates) and tax of about $81.00


I hope the Toshiba rebate is reliable. For it you seem to have to do the pre-qualify online and enter your UPC, Serial # and purchase date to even be able to print your rebate, which can't be done until you receive your e335.

teKillah, did you successfully pre-qualify online for your Toshiba rebate here since you already have your UPC etc to enter? If anyone sees a printable version of the Toshiba rebate online please post a link.

Remember if it doesn't pan out we'll all figure out within the next week or so which is well within the return period for OD.

It was out of stock at my local stores, but I was able to place the order to have it delivered to me at home. I will qualify for the Toshiba rebate, but the OD one is a little sketch. The form says " receipt showing item purchased between 4/24/03 and 5/01/03" I purchased it 5/1, but wont get it till 5/6, I think I should be okay.

The $30 code didnt work for me, but the 10% off was easy to find, if you look for it. Took me about a minute of reading. I got about $30 bucks off with it, then turned around and paid it in tax. I hope I like it. I've been thinking about picking one up, and this was too good to pass up.

hey guys... the 2nd rebate (Toshiba) in has expired. The product has to be purchased before 4/17... The MIR has to be Postmarked before 5/17!!! The deal is still kinda warm though... keep em coming...

They both seem plenty valid, as the Toshiba one says, "Terms and Conditions: This mail-in rebate offer is valid only with purchases between October 15, 2002 and May 15, 2003," and the OD one is valid until 5/01. But now, I get a "Discontinued" error when I try to add them to my cart; is this deal dead? I've tried two zip codes: 45648 and 48109; nothing so far.
