I just picked on up, couldn't pass it up at this price. Thinking about ditching my 240mm Deepcool AIO and using this with the 5800X3D

This cooler is so good for the money, it basically kills the accusations about how i5 and i7 K series LGA1700 CPUs need expensive cooling.

Just to clarify, the link you posted is for the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE. The video talks about the Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120. They mention at the end of the video that there is the SE version, but they hadn't tested it.

I have the grey no SE model on my 12700K. I bought it in 2021 before it was cool

My last cooler was a Thermalright Macho Rev. B. I'm a fan of Thermalright since they give you a lot of bang for your buck.

I picked up one of these at my local Amazon Returns "dealz" shop a while back for $5, then I looked it up and was like "niiiice...." - it is on my backup shelf at the moment. A few weeks before, I found another nice air cooler (that retailed for $120, forget the model), and the next day my son dropped off his PC because it was rebooting and acting wonky. His AIO Pump died. Dropped in the $5 cooler, and was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked. We need some decent quality PSUs to come down in price.
