I pur an order in on the 28th for the 32" Olevia tv using hte RS30 coupon code. Well, like some others, they cancelled my order. I've spent all day on the phone dealing with some customer service jerks (and 1 nice lady), and finally after leaving a message on Radio Shack's President's voicemail, I received a call back from someone with the power to do something. She told me that the order was cancelled because the code was "fradulent" and the system would not let an order process with a "fradulent" code. I countered with the fact that many of you FW'ers have had their orders shipped, so the system couldn't possibly be blocking it. She then informed me that if I could prove that (via customer info), she could do something for me on my order. So, that's why I'm coming to you for help. If any of you could give me a hand and provide a very small amount of customer info, either an order number, name, or something like that, I can stick it to Radio Shack. Or if you don't trust me, I'm sure you could call her directly on my behalf.
Please, if any of you who had succesful RS30 orders can help, I would appreciate it very much!
