Totally differnet price range BUT for desktop use...

Newegg has the newer Samsung F1 / Raid Edition models w/ 7 year warranty on special, buy the 1 TB version for $150 and get a 500 gig for free...

I picked up two sets, short stroked the 500 gigs in a "RAID" 0 stripe set to 200 gigs total which handily outperforms a Raptor (yes, by limiting the drives to the outer rings of the platters the random access and average/min transfer times beat the newer Raptors) and RAID1 / Mirror on the 1 TB's for storage and haven't been happier with a purchase in a long time.
