I received that email as well. If it would do any good I'd complain to the BBB, but that's pretty much useless. I sure don't recall it "being clearly indicated" anywhere on their website.

I will never spend a dime on AT&T FWIW i didn't even bother to give my information away for free like many of you have done. I got 2 emails from them. One said it was only for promotional people who got the email for the deal who had misfortune in their Christmas deal.

Then another saying they didn't hear from me and now they are canceling. Sounds fishy.

I got the emails about back order then not being qualified and order cancellation and then today the flash drive arrives. It has a MSRP of $24.95 on it. This is really strange. The unit fails the Ready Boost test. I'm a Bell South/AT&T subscriber and have their DSL service so that may be why I got one in spite of the emails.
