Just read the rebate form, and I am guessing some coupon works if you break $50, which two of these $24.99 items doesn't, but plenty of cheap items we all need.

OTOH looking in my Buy.com acct, my previous order was for this EXACT item with a rebate and it was cancelled.

Reseller ratings mean nothing for large companies. The only real feedback they get are complaints. I have used buy.com for 5 transactions without a cancellation or a problem at all. Amazon on the other hand....

Wow thats pretty low rating. On the other hand, if you had a chance to rate Fry's stores, their ratings wouldn't be much higher. I've been buying from Buy.com for the last 5-6 years, and never experienced anything too shady. They used to have really good deals back in the day with coupons and such. I ordered a transflash card from them in August, they had it advertised in stock but the order wasn't shipping. I finally cancelled it and ordered from Amazon, only to have the Buy.com order show up a week later. That was my only bad experience with them.

I didn't get the email so the coupon vanished when I signed into my account. Also, Buy.com wouldn't price match this when it was $3 more because of their free shipping
