do all the tablets you mentioned come with retina display and LTE? 10 hour battery life?

my point is, there is no single android tablet that's able to go head to head with the new iPad.

tegra 2 was also dual core and yet it doesn't even come close to the A5, so we'll see how tegra 3 pans out.

doesn't matter if it's relevant or not, fact is apple products have higher resale value. And apple products actually last a whole lot longer than android, apple continues to release software updates for at least 2 years, maybe 3. How long did it take for the honeycomb tablets to get ICS? Are they getting jellybean? My guess is no.

So a tablet announced today is better than the the rest?

All the Android fanbois are clamoring about specs like processor and stuff. Really, at the end of the day what matters is the device runs WELL. The iPad 2 ran apps just fine with a measly 512mb of RAM. Sure it's a smaller amount than my 1GB SGS2, but so what?

The iPhone 4S has a lower clocked CPU yet it blazes through all tasks.

So who cares if the A5X is slow or fast or if Krait blows it into pieces or Tegra 3 wins... People want usable devices not theoretical computing speeds...

Meh Im excited for the screen and battery life. I stopped caring so much about processing power when the GN came out with a slower cpu than the GS2 and runs just fine.

Although I wont be getting a tablet. Only reason I got a TP was because it was dirt cheap and it lays on my bed so I can browse and look at porn when im too lazy to get up. Cellphone/Laptop all the way.

So will reading a book in high res Android tablet. It's not like having more real estate precludes higher clarity. With Android, you get BOTH.
A fullscreen PDF on a 1920x1200 screen is going to have much higher clarity than on 1024x768 screen.
