Anyway, good deal if you can actually make it happen. Dells losing a good bit of money lately. All their server deals and now these types of deals.

Agreed, there is no way Dell could profit off these prices.

They aren't. Dell actually loses money on these types of deals. A friend of mine worked for Dell SBS for a few years and he said they lost on just about ever huge deal they did. I got lucky and got in on the 600SC 2.4 w/ SCSI Deal. I'd be all over this if it wasnt for that.

I just got off the phone myself and ordered one without a hitch. The guy I spoke with put me on hold for a minute to verify why the coupon wasn't working right, he claimed it was a glitch. After about 5 minutes the deal went through no problem. They didn't even ask for the coupon code, they just said they would take the 20% off!

I got mine for $359 + 18 (tax) which is a great deal for this LCD if you ask me!

No Problem I'm glad you could get in on the Deal. Here hoping eveyrone else has the luck some of us have had. I simple wouldn't spend more that 15 min per rep. Just thank them if they can't offer you the deal and call back to try another rep who isn't so letter of the law. Also stand by the free shipping in the last SB catalog. It doesn't expire until tonight at 11:59 CST. You might also state that there is free shipping in the New SB catalog as well in. If they don't budge just call back.

whoa whoa whoa, dell changed the webpage for the monitors on the coupon to have TBD on it (to be determined) and they took the 1800FP off of it.

I also happen to notice some users are getting PM's on the monitors from the previous 15% off everything/20% off monitor sale that just ended last friday night. I'm going to try and get this done tonight as well.

Just verified that the prompts are correct.

1-800-WWW-DELL (1-800-999-3355) = Main number

Option 2 = Sales and Catalog

Option 3 = Business under 400 Employees

Option 1 = Assistance with Dell.com Orders(Coupon not working online)

Option 3 = Assiatance with Online orders

Follow those and it should work.

Just verified 5 times from 3 different phones.

he said the offers weren't necessarily combinable and he could give me 20% off original price or the sale price, not both.

I made one up . if you dial 1-800-WWW-DELL which is 1-800-999-3355 you can follow my prompts. I've verified this from the Central United States region, OK, TX, KS, AR
