I think they might be using our CC for some reason, I mean it took them a very short time to charge our cards and yet is taking 3 or more days to return our money....common

I already filed a dispute with my card, since the refund was taking too long.

anyone else in the same boat ?

I'm kinda glad I didn't use my debit card.

several people have already given negative postings on reseller's ratings.

I understand pricing mistakes happen. But since they arent saying: "oops we made a typo"....their other excuses add up to poor inventory management/billing/shipping overall disorganized business that takes people's money and doesnt ship the product.

Still waiting for my refund. I encourage everyone to post experience of resellerratings.

At first I didn't mind that they made a mistake and my order was cancelled. But taking this long to return my money is getting on my nerve. It took them a day to charge you, but why the hell is it taking this long to return our money when they are the ones who made the mistake.

Resellerratings here I come

AMOF never should have charged you!!! they were cancelling orders on the 11th. See my case below.

I've never given a neg rating for a company but there is NO WAY this company desrves a 9+ rating on reseller ratings. Like others have said, they would have been better off just to play it straight and admit they f'ed up the price and are canceling orders as a result AND NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS AFTER THEY CANCEL

HOLLY $$$$$$ check out there latest reseller ratings!!! "Price Error Related Review - Not Counted" What a joke, they can carry a charge on our cc for 5 days and that is OK???? even when they charge a customer when they know they are not going to fullfil the order.

Who here just got the request to fill out a performance survey. Is this going to be funny or what?

Reseller ratings will not apply price related reviews, but they should count negative reviews on their apparent delay in refunding policy. Make sure your review does not mention the reason that your order was cancelled, only that it was cancelled, by them, and they still did not refund the CC until 4 days later.

I got the survey... I blasted them for slow communication, etc.

BTW, I emailed their third party customer service asking about my order and why it hasn't shipped yet and this is what they told me.

Your order was verified and is being processed for shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing. You should receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been processed and shipped.

WHat a joke... they don't even know what's going on and I doubt I will ever see anything. It's funny how they say it is out of stock and won't know when they will get some, but then if you do a search for "e450dn" there is a similar model but with a different name but with same specs available. (well oos for now but available in may).

I am in the same boat as you Poohbee. I called them instead of emailing and basically got the same response as you did. Let me know if you finally get a tracking number or if they finally cancel.

You are not going to believe this but the printer is on the way to my house and is scheduled to arrive on Monday, April 23 by the tracking number on the site. I ordered in on April 10 around 8:30 Pm. The next day my card was charged the $288.88 and I got the email about the rebate. It went to the warehouse that day also and like the rest I was wondering too. I just waited and did not say anything and lo and behold tonight when I checked the order, it has been sent. WOW! Now if only the rebate goes through!!! Maybe the rest of you will have one too. Check!

for people still interested in this printer, Atriniti.com sells it for $516 with free s&h. It's not $289, but it's the lowest, realistic price around that qualifies for the rebate. I've already got mine--this printer is indeed a speed demon--way overkill for home use. The only downside is that no generic toner or refill is available, yet; hopefully by the time I use up the standard toner, generic ones will be available.

Holy cr@p... I just checked and sure enough, the printer has a tracking number and it is due to come April 25th

Now the real battle begins... Rebate.....

No printer for me and I got my refund a few days after they charged my card.
They sent me a link for their survey too. As if I have nice things to say about them!!!

My printer just arrived today and I quickly set it up and it works great. Now to send in the rebate form and cross my fingers they don't give me any trouble about giving me the rebate money.
