It would be one thing if they had said: "sorry, typographical error." But since that was not forthcoming one has to really wonder.

Check your junk mail folder. I got a couple initial emails in my inbox, but a couple others went straight to junk mail for some reason, including the cancellation email.
I gave these guys a call to ask about the order, and talked for a while to one of their CSRs. We had a civil conversation about what exactly was going on in the back end, and it sounds like Lexmark is trying to increase the price of printers that were already promised to resellers. They had a meeting today about the issue, and they're trying to fulfill all of the orders that they can using the printers that they physically have in their warehouses at the sale price, but Lexmark doesn't want to let them (for obvious reasons).
I know that a CSR isn't a 100% reliable source of information, but it sounds like it could well be Lexmark's fault on this one. Don't be too brutal with those ratings, guys.

I got the email from victor saying that they are not responsible if I don't get my rebate.
The charge JUST TODAY started showing up on my credit card, the charge had a post date of apr 11.
All steps completed, sitting at warehouse, no shipping info yet.
They charged me 26 bucks for shipping. I'm going to see if it will ride out and not complain about shipping until AFTER i get a shipping number, then see if they will refund my $$ for shipping.
