NM. I was copying & pasting the order number from my order confirmation page and IE added a space to the end. Their sub-par tracking system doesn't have a Trim function running on the field so it kept saying my Order ID was wrong until I removed the space. Just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this.
Guess I shouldn't complain given the price...
