I finally got an order confirmation that my order was received, but when I try to check the status, it says my Order ID is invalid. Hopefully there is just a delay between their ordering system & tracking system.

EDIT:

NM. I was copying & pasting the order number from my order confirmation page and IE added a space to the end. Their sub-par tracking system doesn't have a Trim function running on the field so it kept saying my Order ID was wrong until I removed the space. Just a heads up in case anyone else runs into this.

Guess I shouldn't complain given the price...

When did you place your order?

I placed mine at about 1:45, but I haven't gotten an email confirm yet. My order still shows "Being Processed" on the website though.

Anyone else getting stuck at Review order? It keeps cycling over and over. Submit does not take me to the Thank You step.

tried at 2pm at work and now at 8:25 at home. Same thing both times.....

Gotta have Southpark so I shall try again!!

Damn, I keep cycling at the SUBMIT screen as well... I've done it 5 times already and no luck... d'oh.

try signing up with them, that's what i did and it worked.

Just got off the phone with CS rep; the website is down and will not accept any orders until sometimes tomorrow. So if you got one in, it may not get processed, try your luck tomorrow.

The people that are getting it "in a few tries".... are you clicking submit a few times, or going through the whole payment process over and over again?

I got to the final page where you are supposed to submit the order, but each time it kept saying there was an error and advised I check all my data and then re-try. I'd say it took about 10 retries, but it finally went through. I received my order confirmation email at around 8:51PM, which was about an hour from the time I placed the order.

Good luck!

The site was pretty fast when I tried about 15 minutes ago. No hassle 5-minutes shopping experience. Thumbs up on the process. Let's see if I get it before X'mas. Thanks for the deal!

I just called and talked to a CSR. She was able to look up my order (I didn't have my order # b/c I haven't rcv'd my email confirmation yet) by my name and address. She said that everything was processed ok and that I my order looked fine.

I asked her about me not rcv'ing my email confirmation yet and she said that it could take up to 24 hours, but my order DID go through.

Again, I placed my order at about 1:45PM this afternoon.

I just checked my order and it said "processing". BUT.......in the order total column it says $36.99............total charged to credit card says $9.99. Weird.

My order just went from "Processing" to "Standard Verifying order 3 to 5 days"

hey guys, if this is mistake, then it's highly likely that mediaplay will cancel most of their orders. They are a horrible company to deal with because they have made price mistakes in the past (eg the ET 3 disk collectors edition) and made up lies that they couldn't charge your credit card company so they cancelled the order.

This will happen again if this is pricing mistake BEWARE

Beware if they cancel the order? If they cancel it they cancel it, and most likely this is a price mistake, however some CSR's seem to be giving people the go-ahead that their order will go through
