those bastard @ mediaplay.com sucks. i went to check my order status, since i received an email with my order#, this what they said "The input provided does not match the information for the order."

I successfully got my order in, but when I check it online it lists the total as $36.99 under the order details. The $9.99 price is there under order details, but it's in the same column as the product name. Then below under the payment information it says $9.99. A little weird.

Verifying order

Able to submit an order using Amex and received a confirmation e-mail right away. Don't use Visa or Mastercard...Just takes you back to Step 3.

Using Amex seems to be the trick for now. I used my American Express card, and it instantly put me through to the order confirmation screen, and promptly received a confirmation email after that.

I just spoke with a CSR and she told me that no orders for South Park have gone through. She said that there are problems with the web site and to check back between 2 - 3 pm CT today and everything should be fixed.

It is working now. Took 2 tries on step three, but my order went through with a visa and without registering for the site.

Exactly the same as BBigJ above. No go on step 3. I refreshed the page and it worked. Very slow but order took and an email confirm came instantly. I tried half a dozen times yesterday with no success.

Try putting your IE privacy settings on the lowest possible. That made it work for me after 10 tries.

Yeah, mine did too. I don't think I'll be getting my copy. I never received an order confirmation via email but I did print out the Thank You page containing my order number. Last night I checked Order Status and it said "Processing" then today it was flagged as being non-existent then changed to "Back-Ordered" and now its non-existent.

I couldn't orded with IE last night either, I had to load up Opera and it went right through...

Edit: Seems like MediaPlay doesn't like Internet Explorer, I was able to pull up my Order Status in Opera effortlessly

At the top of the order info page it says the cost is $36.99 but at the bottom of the page the total says $9.99 (before tax). I hope they don't charge more than $9.99.

I ordered shortly after the thread was started and my order is also listed as currently backordered.

I'm just gonna go to my local Walmart or Super Walmart and PM this. The only thing extra I'll pay is sales tax (like 70 cents). But it beats waiting for this for god knows how long. This item is available in 3-5 days on MediaPaly's website, and from yesterday until today I'm sure they've gotten thousands of orders for this item. Sorry to tell you this folks but this DVD will be on backorder for a while! I got in on one this morning from the website but I'll save that one for an X-Mas present or somethin. Off to Walmart and I'm sure they will PM me for this item there. If you want this item soon, I think you should do the same!
