I talked to them a couple times too and they were extremely courteous.

I wanted to change the shoe size too but it was too late - the order had already been closed out. After looking at the shoes after my order (new balance 1220) the site recommended 1/2 size larger than street size but it was too late to change...oh well, we'll see if they fit.

If I use these to get back into running I'm definitely going to try them again on the next pair (altho the next pair won't be so expensive )

Ordered 3:30 pm on 8/15 w/ standard shipping. Received 8/17 in L.A. Jogging in my new sneaks 8/18.

Good choice - I think the Kayanos are probably the best all-around pair of running shoes on the market. I wear Kayanos for training and DS Trainers when I am feeling fast or for events.

Got mine today! They are in San Diego and I live Northern Cali BTW. I ordered with less than 100 coupons left and they still managed to ship my order out on Friday (via Priority mail) after being deluged with over a 1000 orders on Thurday. Great company!

I'd say your odds are pretty good for delivery today. I received my North Face Switchbacks today in Tacoma. They are shipped by Priority Mail. I will have to try the shoes on later to see whether they will stay on my feet or hit the shelves on Ebay.

I got mine's today! woohoo! I was thinking it'd take atleast a month since there were so many orders.... anyways they came in red-white-silver instead of the orange-white-silver on the website... but my wife and sister say that the red is awesome looking so its all gravy. oh yeah I got my ointment and catalog too.

Funny thing about these shoes is that in no place does it say Nike....????? that's weird because all the nike shose that I've ever owned (4 pairs) have Nike written down atleast somewhere... even on the size label... but not there on these shoes. Makes me wonder.... I don't doubt the credibility of the store, but its odd that Nike doesn't even put their name on this pair... hrmmmm

LOL! Got mine too. I'm wishing I got the Adidas A3 tho. I got the Shox D. The pic online made them look white with silver trim, not all silver. Right now i'm about 50/50 on throwin them up on ebay or keeping them.

You may have been charged full price! Did you not check to see your invoice immediately after your purchase. It did not automatically give you the $50 deal on the shoes thru the link. Some people (like me) actually had to enter the coupon code they provide at the website. I would call them and question them about this. You may be OOL
