Mine seems stuck in "Sent to Warehouse" mode.

Mine, too. But I think it's because it was so close to Christmas.

I'm guessing it's out of stock for a while. Their help text on the various modes indicates that sent to warehouse means it will ship in 1 to 2 days if it's in stock. It's been a lot more than that. Good thing I'm not in any hurry.

Yeah, that's possible, but I did order a Dirt Devil Broom Vac for my wife on the 20th and it was in "Sent to Warehouse" mode until the 26th.
