DEAD: Viewsonic 18" LCD VG800 $216!

Is there any chance that AMEX would back out of a pricematch? I already printed out the deal, but I'm hesitant to make the purchase at Dell if AMEX would back out. I have an AMEX Blue card (that has pricematch, right)?

Blue DOES NOT have BVG. This ended about 1 year ago. AMEX cards that carry the BVG except the Costco Business Gold will discontinue internet pricematching May 1.

Here's an idea... how about Aggie you wait until say 3:00 p.m. tomorrow before you drop your dime and make any chance of ANY price error/hot deal you find here FUBAR.... ? Deal?

Yes..... we all know that this is a price error, and that there is a real strong chance that it will be nixed. But.... can you at least wait until later in the day to make your lil phone calls.

Start a thread in "Off Topic", and ask how many here have gotten HOT deals from price errors. Then use your head.

I agree with Cybordolphin that Aggie should wait until the end of the business day on Monday before making any calls. Hopefully by then if we haven't received any cancellation notices that our orders will be sent to the warehouse for shipping.

i dont know about any lcd.but in my opinion there is'nt a lcd monitor in the market that still is as comparable to a CTR monitor..especially the quality of samsungs. who in my opinion make the best CRT.

Yeah when? The next time they make a price mistake. If they honor it please let me know because I will become a loyal customer as well. I will return each and every time I am alerted of a price mistake on their website.

You do also know that they will be out of business if they honor it. They would not be able to afford to cover the costs of paying for every monitor that is being shipped out the said "happy customers" who will likely never come back.
