For anyone thinking about getting this: Be careful.

For one thing, Amazon has raised the price. But regardless: I had it for three days, and all of a sudden I started getting random writing errors. I then noticed that some pictures I took weren't making it onto the card at all (others made it, but I got errors trying to read them.) You'll see similar complaints in the Amazon reviews.

Obviously they're not all bad, but I'm not taking any chances. I returned it, and ordered the Transcend Media 45X 1 gig card from Newegg for $230 shipped. You'll pay an extra $70, but it seems to be the next cheapest 1 gig card out there that is fast. This Viking card is fairly slow.
