I don't know if Staples will pm a rebate since the price is the same. You can always do a return/rebuy at the store to get a current dated receipt. You'll only be getting $10 more so it's up to you if it's worth the trouble.

If you paid with Blue and already submitted your pm, I wouldn't do it. If Blue hasn't approved the pm you may screw yourself if they see a return on the item even though you turned around and purchased it again.

Hachuu, I've never really had a problem with a Staples rebate however other people have.

I've never done a rebate online but from what others have said, if you do it online they will email you that they received your information and will give you a direct link to follow up on the rebate. You'll still have to mail the receipt and upc in to them but they'll at least acknowledge that they've rec'd the items.

I've always mailed my rebates in. Sometimes it takes quite awhile before my info even shows up on the website.

Valid purchase dates are different for the two rebates - which means you'll still be eligible for this week's rebate AND the rebate on the scanner you purchased a few weeks ago.

Well, I checked the Visoneer site and if u check for drivers for it, it says: "Supports Win 95/98/ME/2000/NT4.0" so I'm guessin it works for those. I've also found this site in another thread:

Came to 73.33 total shipped to me - $80 = get paid ~ $6 - tax to buy it after staples pricematch. Prollem is, can't seem to find staples' pricematch policy on their site anymore...can anyone help me out?

just got in on this one, couldn't get in on it last time, so t hanks a bundle. Total price for the scanner anda dozen pens was $80.73 shipped bringing my total after rebate to $0.73!!!!!!

Ca'nt beat that for a scanner (i dotn have a blue to Pricematch)

Different amount, different time frame. You can use it. I've done stuff like that before (Maxtor HD and Controller rebates).

Also, look at the box number for the rebate submission. If it's different, then certainly you are good to go.
