Dell pays return shipping if you get a dead pixel? Do you have a link to the return policy? I thought their return policy was like Newegg's, and there was an "acceptable" number of dead pixels you had to put up with before they would RMA your monitor, and even then I didn't think they paid return shipping. Do you have any info on that?

Those 12ms panels sound tempting but I doubt the difference would be very noticeable coming from a 16ms panel (maybe from a 25ms panel), plus you know the new 12ms displays won't be anywhere this inexpensive for a while...this is a killer price IMO.

I like the looks of the Viewsonic also, but I can't say for sure whether it's a better design than Dell's...the stands are slightly different and the Viewsonic has the logo with the pretty parrots in the upper left-hand corner. Not much difference, really. Does this panel have PIP (picture in picture) like the 2001FP?

MAN, that price was almost too good to be true. I'll stick with my 2001FP until the 12ms/10ms/8ms panels emerge and drop in price.
