I too had this exact problem, my $30 wd rebate was accepted, and the khpermedia cdrs ($20) rebate was also shown as a kingston ddr memory rebate.
After a few minutes on hold, the guy changed the status to valid without me providing any upc or anything)
It only took me 3 calls to actually get a live person, the first 2 were disconnects.

edit: my $50 rebate currently has no status, hopefully within 1-2 days that'll be corrected.

edit 6/12 $50 rebate appeared (and had an auto-email) as valid.

If we haven't received an email saying the $50 rebate is invalid, can we assume that everything's ok? I haven't got any email confirmation or rejection and I can't get through to a real live human being on the phone.

Check online at rebateshq.com. I have several rebates shown on the website that I didn't get emails for.

I've checked online at rebateshq.com, but mine aren't listed. All that's there are some old ones. Does anyone have a toll-free # where you can talk to a person?

I'm thinking mine are a lost cause. I kept copies of everything, but if I can't talk to somebody @ rebateshq, what can I do?

Call the number that's on the rebate form, 1-888-213-9919. Or try 1-800-477-3314 (that's the number off of the OM rebate page for the month of May. Don't give up, I've talked to an actual person each time I've called.

The $50 shows up when I do a name and zip code search but the $30 doesn't show up. I emailed them explaining all the trouble I've been having (see the rebate status page) and they sent me an email back saying that my rebate was already being processed and was valid. They gave me a tracking # which shows up when I search for it.

So it looks like I'm good to go but it's odd that it doesn't show up with the other ones.

Edit. I just checked rebateshq.com and they now posted my $50 rebate. Wow, it says date receieved 6/16/03 and today is that date. And my other $30 rebate which I sent out the same day shows 6/13/03 so the OM rebate was received 3 days earlier hehe.

i got a card in the mail saying my submission for the $30 rebate was invalid because of missing or wrong upc code, i checked online and it said the same thing. so today i called rebateshq customer service and the automated response said it was invalid because the product didnt meet the minimum price requirement for the item. i decided to talk to a customer rep, and i was ready to argue. i gave him my rebate tracking number, he pulled it up and said the rebate was fine and would be here in 30 days. wtf? i checked online again just now and it says itll be here in 30 days. a bit screwy, but as long as i get my 30 bucks im happy.

Finally got a response to an email. They've posted my $50 rebate. Strange that it's still not showing up when I search the rebateshq website by entering my name, address, etc. It only shows up when I use the tracking no.

Update: Sent email requesting confirmation on $30 OM rebate as well. Rec'd confirmation this p.m. Should get both checks in 30 days.

Ok, for those of you having trouble reaching a CSR (live person) on the phone, here's how:

Dial this number: 1-800-477-3314
press 2, to check status
press 2, (submitted more than six weeks); after pressing 2, just sit and wait, it'll ask for you to enter several things (rebate tracking number, or phone number) but don't do anything. It'll then go through several other automated responses, but eventually will say "the next available representative will be with you shortly."

In short, dial 1-800-477-3314, press 2, press 2, then wait till a CSR picks up. Good luck, I got mine all cleared up!
