You ordered a flipp'in HDD and someone at Dell made an error. It is not the end of the world, your family did not get injured, you didn't get physically harmed, your retirement accounts are not affected, hell-----you aren't even going to be out any additional money, you can cancel your order (you have already been heard by complaining to the BBB) or you can wait for the drive to eventually ship and send in your rebate.
All in all, you are not getting ripped off. But you choose to make a big stink'in deal about it.
