I've gone through the ad and didn't see any mention of a warranty. Therefore, I'm very reluctant to order one.
$125.99 is a good price for this receiver but it'd be a very expensive door stopper if it broke down in a week.

Back in stock! Jumped on this deal, it is definitely hot.

Plus, I read a review of it elsewhere, and after the guy registered his purchase with Yamaha (at their website) he was given the option for purchasing a 2 or 3 year warranty for only $20-$30ish more. I am going to check this possibility out, hopefully this will be an option for us too.

Good deal, though I need more than one coaxial digital audio input.

I'll have to stick with my 5 year old Yamaha receiver which has most of what this one has, but doesn't have DTS and cost around $800 (ouch!)

Yamaha receivers rock (sorry). You rarely hear of anybody having any problems with one. Mine has been quite trouble-free.

Awesome deal guys! I actually bought the Pioneer SVX-D711 at Circuit City for $200, but then I saw this deal and tried to get it all weekend. It finally came back in stock on Monday 4/21 and I got one for $125.

Looks like mine shipped on 4/22 from Brooklyn, NY, and is scheduled for delivery today 4/23 in NJ.

OK...got mine sitting in front of me right now. Came in a sealed Yamaha box. Only thing that indicates its a refurb is a few small stickers on it that say "B STOCK".

Shipped from Albert Baker, Warrens Processing Labs, in Brooklyn, NY. Got to me in NJ in 1 day. Signature required on delivery.

Haven't hooked it up yet, but the unit looks BRAND NEW! No scratches, dents, etc.

Standard Yamaha warranty of 2 years! Stamp on it that says: "B" Stock, All Cosmetic Parts, Including Chassis, Front Panel, Cabinet, & Knobs are Excluded from Coverage Under This Warranty.

How can they say that the vendor has no more refurbished units when they have it listed as in stock on their web site? Granted it is a higher price but the unit is the same.

I'm still waiting on my to ship and hopes that it doesn't get canceled!

Also did anyone else get theirs delivered yet?

haha.. yeah thats what i asked the rep too.

he said it was just another mistake. i left my order there though. hopefully what he said is untrue and we will all get our receivers ^^
