Just realized while typing this out it says the rebate is for the 16th and 17th? yet they still list it on there page wtf. Is the deal toast?

I have a pair of these now running in an XP system. Can anyone tell me if it would even be worthwhile to upgrade to 4gb? Doesn't XP only use a max of 3gb?

Pretty pointless in XP. Max is around 3.5gb I believe.

XP32 has a 4GB limit. No one process can use all of that, though, it's a little complicated.

XP32 has an addressable limit of 2GB per process, or 3GB if the program supports it and you booted with the /3GB switch. The additional memory can be used by other processes, or the kernel.

When I had 4 gb on my XP 32 it said I had 3.5gb
