The gun control issue is a real legitimate issue, and while it might stop a few small terrorist attacks, it is mostly more interconnected with domestic crime in any country. A terrorist attack of this scale and complexity, that was obviously very well planned for some time now, is probably not going to feel a few citizens with guns as anything more than a roadbump.

It's fucking bizarre. The politicians are bending over backwards to let in as many "refugees" as possible, whereas the people are absolutely terrified. There are a couple of politicians that actually give a damn whether the populace are raped/slaughtered, but they are drowned out with sheer stupidity from opposing parties.

Geert Wilders is a fine example. Guy gives a damn, but all the other Dutch politicians just insult the guy.

If this turns out to be ISIS terrorists who were let in with the Syrian refugees, there will be a swift turnabout. There has to be. Self-preservation instincts will kick in.

this is a big deal...this has been one of the worst years of terrorist attacks in europe for a long time, and I think the deadliest in France modern history.

I have seen 60 dead, and 100 hostages, but have not heard about how many of those dead were actually the hostages from the concert hall.
