I got today's officemax flyers and found they started offer Canon A40(you can go to www.officemax.com and search for canon a40) for 299.99 at the B & M store.

You can order it online and use the 50 off 250 coupon to get it for 249.99 plus tax shipped.

Then, you need call 1-800-283-7674 to ask a pricematch.

I just did it a few minutes ago and went through without any problem.

Rmilton - Here's what I would do. Print the OfficeMax.com $50 off $250 coupon, bring it to your local OM B&M buy the Canon PowerShot A40 digicam using the coupon $299 - $50 off coupon and you'll get the 128MB CF for free at the store.

I actually ordered it online yesterday. When I found the free CF card offer from today's newpaper, I just called them and asked from a pricematch. I told the sales lady how to find the ad from their website, then she told me that she just sent a direction to the shipping center to let them add the CF card into my order. spent less than 5 minutes for the pricematch, very smooth indeed.

Yes the Canon PowerShot A40 is marginally better than the Fuji Finepix 2600 but it depends on your own personal opinion. I came to this conclusion after reading about 6 reviews for both digicams on the major digicam websites. Also here's a side-by-side comparison of the Canon vs Fuji.

At $249 with free 128MB CF I think the Canon A40 is the clear winner, I hate how Fuji uses SM.

It depends on which 1.3MP you have ... the A40 is packed with quite a few features including a lot of manual settings, VIDEO (with audio which most don't have), 3x optical zoom, etc.

The Office max flyer wasn't in my Sunday paper and I just don't have time to pick one up at the store, could someone please pm me on where I could find a scan of it? I'm going to call a number for officemax.com and try to deal with them first, as the only physical OfficeMax in my area has repeatedly refused to take online coupons for in store purchases (even over the phone). Thanks.
