Mine shipped as well. Low 1200 order number here.

No tracking number in the email though, just half a link

They were shipped from portland, or - and guess what, I work in Portland! I had only received the shipped email this morning, so i was expecting them in a few days.

The majority of retail shrinkage is employee related. Did your previous employer write off a large shrink as well?

I emailed CS and asked them what my tracking number was so I can see when it will arrive. Don't want to shoes sitting out in the rain.
Anyway, they responded very quickly (within a couple hours) and gave me my tracking number. Turns out the order was shipped on the 22nd (even though I ordered Sunday night) and it should arrive on Friday. That's from Oregon to Minnesota.

Definitely filled it faster than I though. DM USA is doing an extremely good job filling these orders. Props to them.

For those of you who want to track your orders, go here and do the following -

First enter the order # or ref. # that co. provided with your confirmation,
then enter the date before your order was shipped and today's date.
Leave UPS account number blank. Enter your zip code and your destination country.

Just for clarification, UPS wants the invoice number that doc marten gave you. I was trying to use the tracking number with no success. Popped in that invoice number and it worked fine.

Make wure that everyone who got an order in checks their creedit card statement. For the last 4 days I havent been able to use my card, so I called the company and Dr. Martain is currently trying to charge my card 5 different times. I know I didnt hit the submit button 5 times or anythign dumb like that, so I dont know whats going on. I have emailed them, w/ no respose. Anyone have the customer service number?

I got an order in, and I remeber seeing it on the site once(the order) and it said ordered, but now when I go back to the site it doesn't say anything where it first had the order. Damn that sucks

yeah i got a new email with the correct tracking number as well....so i tracked it.....and it shows 2 packages being sent to me, yet i only ordered one pair of shoes! anyone else have this? maybe they accidently sent me 2 pairs.....that'd be cool.

Three packages in transit for myself and for another guy I know too. Doesn't make much sense to me, 2 packages weigh 4 pounds and the other weighs 2. Maybe a shoe in each of the 4 pound boxes (ouch?) and 2 pounds worth of shoelace in the other? heh..
