Well, I ordered a drive about three hours before the 20% off came out. I tried to call CS but they were closed, and of course now that I try to get a PM they say they can't. Oh well; th CSR sent the order to another department for them to review.

At first the CSR asked for hte ID of my DELL machine; I happen to have a laptop, so I gave him that #. At first he said there was nothing he could do since I didn't have a desktop under my name. I argued that I could have ordered a new drive, but decided to call since atr the time it didn't seem like a problem... of couse until the price went up!

We'll see, right now I have a ship date of the 27th...

Thanks for the GREAT DEAL!!! My 70Gigs are full (30gig +40gig.) This will make a great drive for a new system.. now if I could only decide -- Pentium or Athelon XP. hm.........
