None taken. Just passing on details of what customer service said would happen if an order was placed at the time it was advertised as $2.00. Their plan was, apparently, to blame it on the supplier as this item according to them was listed as being "Shipped Directly From Supplier, May Take 8 Weeks For Delivery." In the end, of course, we could have fought our way to get it for $2 but the whole point of this is about experienced readers. A lot of us out here have been reading the forum for years and are always on a lookout for one thing: a potential situation where we could be spending a lot of time writing emails to the company, being on hold for 30 minutes - a warning to those who value an hour out of their personal life more than this obvious fishy situation. In any case, I totally agree with you as I too am surprised no one else called the 800 number listed in the thread to see what their initial response would be about processed orders. Good luck.
