I emailed 800.com last night, still no response. Of course I didn't have the screen shot at that time. I'll try talking to a CSR today and see if it'll get me anywhere.
Edit #1:Okay, just got off live chat with a 800.com CSR. Actually, very helpful and apparently they know they've changed the promotion. Below is a transcript of our chat:
You say, "Hi Tom, I noticed that the $50 gift check promotion changed dates. I ordered something on 11/22 and am worried that I will not get the gift check."
tchiang says, "what is your order number"
You say, "my order number is xxxxxxx"
tchiang says, "Thanks"

tchiang says, "Yes we did change it, I am just showing you the new screen. We will honor the promotions for our customers who saw the page with the 11/22/00 on it. All you need to do is give us a call at 1800-327-5815 and speak to someone in customer service"
So, I'm off to the phone and probably perpetual voicemail/muzak land. We'll see how this next step goes.
Edit #2 Okay, after a day of phone calls, emails, and chats, finally got the $50 gift check for purchasing on 11/22. Needed to do all three things before getting it, but they honored their promotion. 800.com added a new order for me with the gift check as the only item. It is currently awaiting shipment.
So, for everybody who ordered Wegas on the 22nd, it's worth fighting for.
