>>>I am intrigued by Justincase's method of buying at least 2 of every deal and then using Ebay to pay for the first, that's a neat plan. The only fly I can see is that most of these deals involve rebates, so how do you buy 2 of each? Most rebates are 1 per household so you'd need some help from a family member or trusting friend.<<<
GTFan: Sorry if I wasn't clear, but I didn't mean to imply that I get 'at least 2 of every deal' - I usually get 1 of each item that requires a rebate...if no rebate is in involved, I will often get more than one...when I say I bought 15 digital cameras this year, I bought all of them in single purchases (just ordered a single Nikon 995 tonight), except the 2 Dimage 7s. Almost everything I buy goes on Ebay, to pay down a very, very large debt that I'm working my way out of. Every now and then, I snag something nice along the way to reward myself for all that Ebay work.
As far as getting one to pay for the other...lots of people do that here, but you would need a 50%+ discount on a particular item, to make that work.
Bank to the topic at hand - I never even saw the 'Netbank' refinance deal that everyone is talking about...I only noticed a Fleet refinance thread, which I never looked at (Fleet=crap).
