Ditto, we don't know if those ppl will get those rebates; I wasn't gonna risk floating 700 dollars for that comp.

$20 802.11a pc card misprice at ecost.com (not many people got in on that)

and i would say dell flat panels but they are still dropping! my $750 1900fp from Oct. is now sub 600! ugh!

That's the one I was thinking about too...the pay me to buy ram at OD deal.
It was 256 Mb PC2100 ram by PNY. There were two rebates from OD & PNY. $35 from PNY and $65 from OD. I paid $56 at the Tarpon Springs, FL store and got the $65 check from OD and a rejection letter from PNY, BUT...I took the rejection letter to the store and they gave me the $35 in cash. They told me at the time of purchase to come back and let 'em know if there were any problems. I followed their nice suggestions. A $44 profit on one stick of memory...not bad at all!
It nearly got lost in my search for the PNY PC2700 which was being sold as 2100 at OD and CC. I scored 4 sticks of that swet one for $23 each.
