I have a question. Why do the coupons expire early if they said on the coupon site that they are good untill the 26th?

I was planning on ordering toward the end.

Not a good strategy with Dell... from what I've seen (I only found out about these Dell deals within the past few months) these coupons have a built-in expiration after a certain number of uses...

I saw this yesterday and could've gotten in. But I'm still happy with my 19" Sony E400 CRT (that I've had for 5 years now, I think), so I figured I'd save the $230+ on that 19"

....too bad though, my folks are outta the country and I know my Dad was looking for a good LCD. I just can't afford to buy and hold it for him.

It's not so much the fact that you're ebaying them...like I said, Dell is such a huge company that you're not hurting the deal THAT badly. It's the fact that you're ebaying them before you have them.

But there are times with smaller companies when your customers COULD get it cheaper on their own...the same deal you got, except that since you bought billions of them to ebay the deal is dead.

Of course make sure your video card has DVI, just plug in power, load up the software/drivers, connect DVi cable and you are good to go.

Most definitely will.
I called yesterday afternoon and asked, if it says usually ships in 24 hrs, and I was told it was in stock, why the heck would it take so long?! And the guy basically said, just wait and see, you'll get it soon. Sure enough, checked around 10pm, and it already shipped.
Here's hoping for no dead pixels or bleeding! If not, my room mate bought one too

Sweet, got mine today...and I've got a question.

How do I check for dead pixels/backlight issues? I assume you make the screen display a solid color (white, black, red, green, blue?), and look very carefully to make sure it's uniform and doesn't have any off-color pixels? I've seen dead pixels, but I don't really know what the backlight issue is.
