For those of you in the Triangle area looking for this deal, you'll have to travel to the Greensboro CC.
Fortunately, they have at least 4 or 5 more on the shelves.
The downside is that the $40 rebate expires today.
Picked up two and the very nice salesguy rang them up on separate addresses for me so I could send both rebates in.

Hey guys, I just went through MSN wallet checkout, and got to the final checkout where it would actually bill my credit card. However, the total (not subtotal) for a 60 gig drive is $108! Regular is $99. So it included tax and didn't take off 20% for the wallet discount. Do I have to actually place the order to have it recognize the discount?

I got in on Friday. Two 80GB SE's are incredible when striped!

Look at the bright side, you don't have to wait for the RAID splash screen when booting.

Go here, click on "Computer Peripherals and Accessories" then do a search for "WD800".
Its near the bottom and I think this is what you are looking for.

You may have a cookie on your disk or something that enables you to see the rebate.

Go to circuitcity.com, find the rebates link(at the top), click on "Computer Peripherals and Accessories" and look for "Western Digital - Save $40 on a WD800JBRTL HD! 12/1-12/7"(5th from the bottom)
