Hey, I saw someone wearing a Buffalo Bills shirt this week. I even commented on it to him. If the Bills are having a winning season, or had a winning season, it seems that 50% of all clothing worn by Western NYers is Bills related. But, if they lose...
You just started following Seattle the year they won the superbowl? And you're not even from there? Stinks of bandwagon BS to me. I'd say it's entirely justified
So you just started rooting for a Super Bowl favorite. Seems justified.
Who the fuck cares??
The ones that sling out the name bandwagoner are nothing more than angry losers, bitter that they followed "their" team through thick and thin. Hey, if something sucks, I stop subjecting myself to it - maybe they should too?
More fans are a good thing - even if they are short term.
Also, if a team sucks ass, I won't pay money nor attention,.. especially if there are other things to focus on.
Consistent suckage (say, the Cubs) I agree would be worth changing teams for. There's no reason to be a fan of a team that's not even trying.
Hey! The Cubs have recently lost their 10,000 game. That has got to be worth something right?
They didn't really lose those games, they just came in second place...
That's like 10,000 silver medals.
1994?

Stop giving a fuck what anyone else thinks about your choices. Problem solved.
It would be better for Western NY's economy if the Bills moved. No more unproductive due to depression Mondays.
They started that year 1-4, too. They just had to beat Pittsburgh second- and third-stringers in the final game of the season to get into the playoffs. They lost 29-24.2004, surprisingly (9-7). 1999 was the last time they made the playoffs though.
