Hey guys,
I just began watching football this season (I know, how un-American D, and truly began falling in love with the sport.
However, it didn't come without bad luck. I started to watch the Seahawks around week 2 and into week 3, when they were 3-0. Their style of play fit me well, I loved their defense, and I saw how humble Russell Wilson and Lynch were.
They won 13 games that season, which wasn't something I expected. More unexpectedly, they won the Super Bowl, which as a fan of the Seahawks, was awesome. However, people now call me a bandwagoner on the Hawks just because they won the championship, which kind of makes me annoyed.
I have visited Seattle before (unlike fans who like teams from cross country...) and loved the city. But I can't get these people off my back when clearly I began watching in week 2 and had no expectations whatsoever.
How would I deal with them? How would you deal with them if you were in my situation
