Someone should buy me one for finding the deal I saw a X1800XL Refurb for $200 lower on this page so this is a amazing deal for the cost.

Edit: Deal is gone, they changed the link to the new version of the card, still not a bad deal after rebate. Imo probably best video card out for the price.

If this were the 512 version, I'd jump on this. Still a very good price though. Nice find OP.

The new version is only $249 and comes with all the accessories, warranty and has not been "who knows whated" by the returner. I have not had good luck with Newegg refurbs and if you have to fool with sending them back the $50 is not really worth it to me.

Doh they changed my link, its not the $199 anymore now its showing the new AR version. Oh well was a great deal while it lasted. If doesnt state anything friend, if I win the lottery I will buy whatever I want. We can use if in this but until we know its a complete unknown. And I dont think Newegg would just said out any old card, Refurb means Refurbished, in this case more than likely by Sapphire, so being rechecked and fixed by the company who made it is not a bad thing. I guess no one should ever buy a used car that has had service (Same thing) as its bound to be bad.

So I disagree, $199 vs $279 ($249 after waiting on Rebate that can be a hassle with many companies, not familiar with Sapphires practices) is not a bad deal by anymeans (At least imo), even if its Refurbished vs New.
