The last time I checked, dealsonic had a decent resellerratings.com (even though the last six months entries haven't been so hot) . I've bought a few small things from them (modems, HD controllers) - no problemo.
. I've commented on that case to several folks needing a nice basic case - never heard whether they took the plunge or not. Looks like it should be a very nice case with the mobo drawer and the fairly heavy aluminum. The only thing that jumps out at me is that the fan grilles front and back will need to be removed, too restrictive. But that's no big whoop..
