Hi moderators,
Anandtech's Forums has some rules and everybody must play by the same rules. For example, it's not allowed to post coupons and that's ok, I dont totally like that by I understand.
But then, how can we allow a bunch of ppl making a "Gameplan" to blackmail/threaten a company just because they made a mistake typing a price? Do not we understand what a disclaimer is? Does reading a post about a pricing-mistake in an Anandtech thread (this is how a 99% of the ppl found about the Dartek "hotdeal&quot give ppl the right to suit a company?
Well, sad sad sad ...

I agree, just hope they dont reply, if you dont like it leave, that'd be ignorent. Though if a Company states a price, and its a typo, not my fault the company relys on computers, they could do it the old fasion way on paper..

I haven't heard of any blackmailing yet. I'm sure they're all whining and talking about lawsuits though. It seems like after a day or two the mods usually kill those threads with a "deals over" type thing Btw don't be so sure everyone found out about it here, its posted on a lot of front pages...it was on the hardocp front page and theres alot of hit there, and a few other places too.... Anyway they're a bunch of whiners wanting ot profit off someones mistake. Hopefully they'll get bored of whining. Wounded Gladiac Children?

Speaking of Dartek and the mixup hit reseller rating and look what the whiners have done to their RATING I think its a shame that what may be a good retailer gets hammered because of a pricing error.

I already dubbed them the WVCC in their thread. wait till the mods move them over here to OT and let Red and NSF4 or whoever whup them. i've been in way too many of these deals that i don't do it anymore or if i do do it then i don't participate in the after legal talk. i was proud to say that this was the first deal that i knew about that i passed over.
