Decent office system cheap...

I'm thinking about replacing my 10 yr old Ryzen 7 1700X system since it won't support Win11 and I'm still using Win7. But even Firefox popped up a message saying they won't have any more updates for Win7. So, I can update to Win10 but it's a lot of work if I'm going to have to eventually upgrade hardware anyways. Trying to decide the best way forward. I don't game anymore so that's not an issue but I'd like the option of putting in a vid card if I wanted to. I don't mind building a system but it might be cheaper to buy a prebuilt or refurb that already has Win11. I bought the same machine (without the memory and SSD), and installed 16GB of memory and 1TB of NVMe and 1TB of SATA SSD for my sister last year. Bluetooth, WiFI 6, everything works fine except from time to time, there is a weird lag where moving your mouse does not move the mouse pointer, then it picked up again. If you get this machine, make sure to get 16GB of memory, because the APU will take up at least 2GB of memory for video.
