Like last time, this is not a troll. I will definitely buy one of these cars, and you can help decide which it is.

I DD an LS 460 and I cannot see myself switching to another car anytime soon. It's not for everyone but if you connect with that car you'll be hooked for life.

Or, at least, part of your life.

Get the NSX. It’s a fabulous car that you can daily-drive.

I've said before that I really wanted the NSX, but Acura went insane with it.

If they ditched the hybrid system and sold it for a LOT less, then I would have gotten that car. But make it complex, crappy performance, and $200K, then they're smoking crack. I'd sooner get the ZR1 and the Accord for the same price. The fact that Acura offered a $30K rebate on it so soon after release shows how badly they botched it.

The latest gen NSX is such a generic super car. It's no wonder the original NSX value skyrocketed as soon as it came out.

the 570 is a fantastic car... when it works, however it will be in the shop more than your garag. same goes for the mp4-12c and 720s

in that price range, you can look at a used huracan, used 458, new amg gt-r, or a new r8

Um, no. They are fantastic cars. Crappy performance? Not even close. The hybrid system is terrific, it's no wonder many car manufacturers are moving to them. Have you even driven one? Also, they are only $200k if you load up every pointless CF option. They start at $156k.

And yes, I know what I'm talking about since I have one:

I support this. I have aspirations of one being my next car purchase. I'd like to get one sub $100k though so it might be a couple years.

There were very few stripper models made. Most were in the $180K+ range.

The GTR is a fat pig of a car, but the NSX somehow manages to weigh almost the same while only seating two. In terms of performance, the GTR beats the NSX in 0-60 and 1/4 mile for almost half the cost. The Nissan is almost 10 years old! The ZR1 will eat the NSX's lunch and dinner for $50-$75K less.

Even the design of the NSX is all sorts of messed up. They let the same young, inexperienced woman who designed the horrible ZDX do the NSX next!!?!?! What were they thinking? She only had a 5-6 years experience and her last car was a massive flop, so Acura let her be lead designer for their flagship? Robert Cumberford rips into it eloquently:

http://www.automobilemag.com/news/by-design-2016-acura-nsx/

I'm sorry if I sound harsh, but I was a big NSX fan and REALLY, REALLY wanted to like it. So my criticisms come from severe disappointment over how horribly Acura/Honda screwed up the new NSX.

200k gets you a Huracan. Just sayin. Or a Portafino. Or a DB-11. A bunch of drop dead sexy cars. The McLaren at least fits in with this group of semi-exotic metal. Prestigious manufacturers of status symbols.

Acura, Nissan, Chevy, BMW, Mercedes, and Audi not so much.

since you already have some nice cars like the 2013 gtr, i'd go with the accord hybrid for daily driving/fuel savings.

i'm probably biased since i could never see myself affording a 570s, and there are other not quite as expensive cars with more reasonable maintenance that I'd rather buy.
