For some of the Kiddies on this BBS, when The Ramones started out, they did not know how to play their insturments. They came a long way. If you listen to their real early stuff you can hear that everything in in one cord. They got better over the years.

i think it is unfair to say a certain kind of music sucks, i m not a big fan of rap but there are some great albums by artists like outkast, dr.dre and snoop.i agree there is too much rap out there these days with very low quality, my personal opinion is that people who attack rap music are rascist who miss their white idols. i do miss the whole white rock god with long hair image, but what the heck, let the black community enjoy idols. i remember going to a rock concert long time back with a black friend, he felt very uneasy in the concert because he couldnt relate to all the pseudo satanism or headbanging etc. The white guys with long hair were cool then, now the black rap star is the cool guy with white boys trying to be them.

natural dislike of a form of music...just listen to yourself..how can anyone have a natural dislike of a form of music..u mean to say certain people are born to appreciate certain kinds of music.....

No, what I mean is that sometimes people don't like a certain genre the first time they hear it and that dislike never changes for them. At any rate, if they happen not to appreciate rap or trance or any other kind of music, that hardly qualifies them as racist.

Also, natural may not have been the best choice of a word, but I hope you now see what I meant.
