I also got a "magic" dvd put onto my order....The horse whisperer....haha, i sure didn't order that.

Basically, they said to refuse it, but since it goes to the office, i cant.

So i told them to credit my card for the item i didn't order, and that i would send it back once they provided a pre-paid shipping label. Their cust service dept credited back my card for the mistake, as they should.
