anyone ever try driveby deer shootings? or maybe runnin your car in an open field real late at night and run deer over to eat? there's so many deer here theres no point in hiding in the woods in the cold just to get one it makes a lot more sense to go run one down lol

I like the driveby gangsta idea. Do I need a special stamp on my license? If so does it go on my hunting or driving license?

Many places farmers can shot deer on their property year round. Just set up a chair with a good view of a salt lick and enjoy the continuous supply of jerky.

i actually have a HUMVEE with a .50 cal in the back that i drive around in fields with a few buddies during the season. i made a silencer out of a 50 gallon drum so i don't wake the neighbors. Hey, it beats having to be accurate.

I've seen my buddies do it, but they usually suck with their aim and scare the deer. Running deer over in a field is rare... more like hitting them on the highway.

About 20 years ago, I had an old LeBaron... the old ones when they were huge lunking machines. I tried to hit deer. I couldn't. Since then, that's been my strategy for not hitting deer: I aim for them. I always hear about how people hit deer and they didn't even see them until it was too late. Well, that's my strategy: I don't give the ones that I don't see any time to get in my way or to run into me. "Deer!" I step on the gas, not the brake. It's pretty hard to hit them when you're trying to. I haven't been successful yet.

They set up fake deer on the roadsides here to catch road hunters. Getting caught costs you a lot.
