Defensive gadgets for female

my baby sister is going to college later this year, what kind of defensive gadgets do you recommend?

pepper spray? whistle? Please let me know where I can find those stuffs...I can't locate them in locate walmart/target...do they sell them?

Some people suggest a type of strong spray, I saw couple it with some common sense. Something bad can happen anywhere but if you do your best to use your head and avoid being alone in certain situations it will cover a lot of the problems. And if you end up choosing a spray type thing, at least practice being able to pull it out and aim it, I have known lots of girls that feel all good carrying it around, tucked in the bottom of their pocketbooks and they don't even know how to twist off the lock.

Walmart has the super loud rescue whistles in the camping section. I've been thinking about getting some mace/pepper spray after my little run-in with the psycho mullet(see link below), but i'm not exactly a small guy. Tasers are cool, but legallity may be a problem in areas. You could get her a knife. A friend of mine got one from her uncle complete with stabbing instructions

Pepper spray works good. I should know I took a blast to the face with that crap in Tactical Response Team training. You can also put it on your tacos.

Tasers are very effective. One of my friends is a sales rep for these guys and saw a demonstration of the thing. It made a 300 lbs beefcake scream like a girl. Dropped him immediately. The only problem is that as soon as the charge has ended, they are back to normal.

I second the recommendation of the use of a light saber. While your at it learn to use the force and just choke the sh!t out of you attacker from 50 feet away.

and if its a bullet between the eyes of an attacker or getting raped... i think we all know what the choice would be

of course if she did get a handgun she should go through a training program to know how to properly handle the gun.
