I have an XFX 6950 due to be delivered tomorrow. And I have resisted the urge to cancel it because it can be flashed to become a 6970.

Meh... just cancel it.
Your audio gear intrigues me!

As it should; very hard to beat for the price paid. The Xtrememusic is old, I'll replace it eventually. Though I'm now considering the Aperion Verus bookshelves (waiting for reviews) as a replacement for my L/R. Or perhaps the new Sierra-1 when released (though probably too expensive for me). Axiom M3v3 as well, but I doubt they're much different than the v2 I listened to. Not that I'm unhappy with my current setup, just feeling that upgrade itch.
I have an X-Fi XtremeMusic as well, I bought it the week it was released from a Best Buy for $100. It's gotten long in the tooth and won't be transplanted into my new i7 SB build. But I have never regretted buying the card, it has preformed well over the years far better than the onboard audio that was garbage.
I'm more or less happy with mine as well. But I have that same itch.
Ah, you've got a Klipsch setup. Nothing wrong with that. Far better than any "PC speaker system" (even the Promedia 5.1).
Will probably go with an HT Omega card (or maybe ASUS) after my Xtrememusic.
I assume you're trolling like so many others suggested on this thread. I'm legitimately asking now, what was the point to the title? Were you really considering returning it again? I've been gaming on my 6950 for a week now and I love it. So what's the deal man?
I say this with a smile, just curious dude.
