There are two small towns in my area, Pantego and Dalworthington Gardens. They will ticket you for 1 over, ALL DAY LONG.

I have no clue why these two towns exist. They are inside Arlington, which is a suburb in the DFW area. It's a town in a town...?!?

Nebraska has a 1-5mph ticket option, it's $10. Not sure if it carries a point value against a license or not.

Florida has only a <5mph warning option.
