ok found the coupons....but how do you apply $60 off $500 coupon when the unit price of this is $479 to begin with. When I try to add it, Dell rejects it.???

you have to add 20 dollar worth of stuff to get the price over 500. The monitor cost 479+20(photo paper, usb cable, ct) to get the price over 479 and then you apply the coupon.

Refuse your original shipment and reorder. Lots of people have asked this question before, and the most common answer is that they will NOT do price adjustments.

i paid $299 a few days ago on the $261+padding deal. could've saved $50! tried to call Dell CSR and bitched for a concession but the person i got was dumb as a brick so i didnt get anywhere. decided it wasnt worth it plus im not sure they can even do anything for me since its dell SB and i got mine from dell home!
