I ordered something from Dell at the end of August, got them to fill out 2 of those cancellation forms, and they still shipped. I refused the shipment and still waiting for Dell to ackowledge my return. The CSR said it takes about a week for the product to be shipped back to them, and another 7-10 business days to go through the system. :disgust:
